Music promoter and socialite Charles Oryem aka Sipapa is in Hoima district campaigning for NRM candidate.
“No one should be worried, I have been a politician since day one. We are here to win for NRM,” he said while addressing a political rally in Hoima.
Sipapa made his first public appearance on political rally on Wednesday. He was accompanied by Bebe Cool and Catherine Kusasira who put up energetic performances in Hoima District.
Sipapa says he wants to fight poverty among the Youth in the region. He promises to start small scale businesses in the Bunyoro region that will offer employment opportunities to the youth.
