The 5th edition of the Uganda Travel Month has been announced featuring uniquely crafted scheduled trips to destinations around the country in the month of October.

A brainchild of the Pearl Guide, the Uganda Travel Month is organized to encourage domestic tourism giving Ugandans an opportunity to experience the diverse idyllic destinations their country has to offer.

This year’s Uganda Travel Month was announced at a media launch event held at Prunes.

Speaking at the launch, Allan Kwitonda from the Pearl Guide said there are four unique experiences planned for the duration of the month of October. “Uganda Travel Month was informed by the need to get Ugandans to travel, tour and appreciate the experiences their country has to offer. We offer exciting packages that are affordably priced and this year will be no different.”

This year’s destinations include Chobe Lodge, Murchison Falls (Top of the Falls), Hotel Brovad on Ssesse island and Queen Elizabeth National Park. The trips feature transport, accommodation, meals and selected activities catered for under the package.

Tickets are currently on sale and can be purchased on the Pearl Guide website.

The Uganda Travel month is powered by Pearl Guide, Nile Special, Total and 97 FM Radio City.
