Hamza Ssebunya has been dominating headlines in the past weeks over his romance with Rema Namakula.
He was previously married to Betty Bukenya who later changed her name to Bushirah.
She is a daughter to a one Herbert Bukenya, who is a famous witch doctor in Kireka.
During an interview with one of the local media outlets, Herbert said his family knew about the relationship problems between their daughter and Hamza.
“We knew about their issues and we were in the middle of solving them when we heard that he was moving on with Rema,” he said before revealing that his daughter converted to Islam because of her love for Hamza.
“Our daughter converted to Islam for Ssebunya. Look at how he has paid her. He will also have to pay for making our daughter go through this. We shall teach him a lesson,” Herbert concluded.
Meanwhile, Bushirah moved closer to her parent’s home. She is now staying in a one roomed rental in Bweyogerere.
